Chromate and aluminum aldehyde
Aladdin is an international brand for the chromate conversion process. Aldain is a good process for aluminum, magnesium and other non-ferrous alloys, which has led to the development of these metals and their alloys in various industries, including the food, architecture, automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries. In chromate conversion coatings, part of the metal surface is chemically and electrochemically converted to a protective layer. In this method, chromatic coatings on the surface of metals are deposited by their immersion in aqueous solutions of chromic acid, chromate or dichromate. The result of such an operation is the creation of a protective protective coating, which includes three-dimensional and six-capacity cream compounds on the metal surface. The hexavalent chromium precipitation on the surface creates a thin yellow coating and the three-dimensional chromium precipitation precipitation forms a green and colorless chromate coating. Several factors affect the quality, thickness and characteristics of the coating, including the temperature of the solution, the immersion time, the preparation of the surface of the piece, the concentration and composition of the coating solution, and so on. Chromate coatings are highly resistant to corrosion protection and improve the adhesion of paint by creating a smooth, uniform and non-porous surface.

Due to its aesthetic appearance, this coating is used as a decorative agent, as well as maintaining the electrical conductivity of the metal. Another advantage of chromate coatings is maintaining the dimensional accuracy of the part by creating a very thin coating. This operation is also very economical. Corrosion-resistant aluminum is more resistant to anodized aluminum in some environments, and chromatization also protects the metal from surface scratches. Isatis Nanocarbar Company is able to cover industrial parts without limitations in dimensions by using advanced equipment and long history in the field of surface engineering processes.
